What We Do

At Forever Caring

We provide frail adults experiencing physical, mental or social problems associated with stroke, isolation, confusion, or other conditions with the opportunity to meet new people, participate in challenging activities, and enjoy daily life in comforting surroundings.

The main goal of this program is to maintain and improve the quality of life and prevent a decline in health for our clients.

Research has shown that participants who receive adult day health care services are deterred from admission into institutional care (Emergency Rooms, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities). When someone sits at home with no stimulation, there is a significant risk for deterioration. Our clients who attend the center regularly are healthier and happier, have an improved quality of life, maintain independence for longer, and experience enhanced socialization.

These are the areas we focus on to keep our clients healthy:

  • Monitor Health Conditions
  • Dietary Services
  • Transportation Services
  • Social Services

Our Services Include:

  • On-site Care by Registered Nurses
  • Personal Assistance: Help with eating, dressing, grooming, and bathroom use
  • Physical & Occupational Therapy: Rehabilitation of damaged muscles
  • Speech Therapy: Rehabilitation of basic phonemic skills
  • Education and Entertainment
  • Hot Meals and Snacks (prepared on-site)
  • Psychiatric and Human Services Transportation to and from the ADHC Center
  • Individual and Group Counseling
  • Alzheimer’s Care
  • Dementia Care
  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caretaker Training & Support Group

Forever Caring staff oversee a variety of therapeutic, recreational, and fun activities

specially designed to meet the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of independent adults and those who may be physically challenged or coping with some sort of dementia or memory loss.

These activities can range from arts and crafts, discussion groups and light exercise to field trips and computer literacy. The main ingredient, though, is the fun and excitement that fill not only on the physical space but the hearts of our members each and every day!

Forever Caring Adult Day Health Care is a fully licensed and certified Community Based Adult Services facility offering Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) & Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) to adults (18 and older) and elderly persons with varying health conditions. Some conditions include High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Stroke, Arthritis, Dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease.
