Activities and exercise segments will be live streamed from our website Monday through Friday at 10am to keep everyone mentally engaged and physically moving. Make sure to join in on the fun!
Nurses and Social Workers will make wellness calls each day to find out how you’re coping and assist with medical and community resources as needed.
Food distributions will continue on the 3rd Friday of each month
Home Health & Hospice
Office hours will be temporarily reduced to 9am – 2pm. However a nurse will be available on-call, 24/7.
Nurses and field clinicians will continue to see patients in their homes as necessary. Telehealth calls will also be conducted by in-house case managers to assist with coordinating care.
Caregivers trained in universal precautions and infection control are available to assist in the home. Simply call 323.293.7072 for assistance.
